This service is available exclusively to current MACS/care plus
enrollees. Your User Name is the first 4 digits of your serial number
(before the hyphen). Your Password is your 4 character permanent
authorization code. If you do not have this information on file you can
look it up by going to MACS main menu and selecting Supervisor Functions
and then selecting the item "Print Agency Parameters". ( SF/3/22
Print Agency Parameters ).You will find both your serial number and
permanent authorization code on the resulting report. When entering your
User ID and Password please be careful to enter it exactly
as it appears on the Agency Parameters report.
