- Telephone Training: A MACS Training Specialist will
instruct and guide you through the implementation and use of MACS
as it meets your special needs.
- Telephone Support: A MACS Support Specialist will guide
you through answers to your questions.

| How does it work? |
- A MACS Specialist connects our computer to your computer via
modem and communications software available from MACS. Once the
computers are connected, the MACS Specialist can control your
computer and demonstrate MACS or can give you control and
supervise as you process.

- $120.00/Per Hour; (MACS/care plus Price)
- $180.00/Per Hour; (List Price)
- Two-way communication is required: Client pays telephone
communication; MACS pays the modem communications.
