Sales IQ is a powerful performance analysis tool that enables you to drill-down to the level of data that is most meaningful, without printing long sales analysis reports.

With dynaMACS Mobile, remote or mobile users can instantly view sales, commissions paid and performance data in colorful, graphic formats without leaving the screen. The most current customer, contact and database information can be transmitted to field reps via e-mail.

For example, a rep can quickly compare customer activity such as commission dollars contributed, increases and decreases in sales by customer and identify customers with the largest increase (or decrease) in sales over last year. Then the rep can drill down to determine which manufacturers are responsible for this increase. Detailed information about a specific customer is just a mouse click away. Other comparisons in dollars and percentages are available for manufacturers, and the period viewed can be changed instantly to correspond to the manufacturer’s or the agency’s fiscal year end.

Spreadsheet Export

Reports created from the Sales Analysis Report Generator can be exported in spreadsheet format, using the Spreadsheet Export Module, and then distributed to reps, usually via e-mail. These spreadsheets include sales and commission figures, customer, manufacturer and salesperson names, and other key information.

Because this module also produces spreadsheets using the Pivot Table feature of Microsoft Excel, you can easily and dynamically analyze your sales data in this format.
