Current Openings:

Support Rep Trainee
Respond to support hot line. Requires ability to maintain client database and direct troubleshooting calls to support reps. Provide level one Help Desk support. Must be a quick learner with the ability to follow instructions . Experience with customer service and computers preferred.

Senior Support Rep
Opening for experienced support professional or MACS user. Computer experience and good communication skills, both phone and written, required. Maintain Knowledgebase and Help Desk software, respond to customer inquiries. Customer service and business operations background (particularly in manufacturers' agency environment) a plus.
